Introducing... Our personalised acrylic football!

The details:
3mm RED is the default acrylic is used for the backing (PLEASE CHANGE COLOUR IN DROP DOWN BOX IF YOU'D LIKE A DIFFERENT COLOUR).
3mm BLACK or WHITE acrylic is used for the detail.
3mm COLOURED acrylic used for the name.

The width / size of the plaque is roughly 30cm wide.
The letters for the name may appear smaller if it is a long name (PLEASE LEAVE A NOTE IF YOU'D LIKE A PROOF EMAILED BEFORE MAKING)
It will be in proportion to the ball.
