Q. Where are you located?
A. Churchill, VIC 3842 (Gippsland)

Q. Is the price listed per block?
A. Yes, the price shown is the price for 1 block. You need to select the QTY of blocks required to fulfil the name. EG. MIA = 3 blocks.

Q. Do you offer pick up?
A. Pick up is available for those local to Churchill, VIC 3842
Please only select this option if you intend to collect from Churchill.

Q. Do you have Afterpay?
A. Yes, Afterpay is available on orders over $80.

Q. How does free shipping work?
A. We offer free shipping (Within Australia only) on orders paid over $100.
This means if your order for the items in your cart come to $100 or over (Excluding postage), free shipping is automatically added. Please note, if you are using a discount code the same rule applies once discount is applied. Order under $100 have a flat rate postage price of $10.00.
Smaller items like keychains and tags start at $6 postage for up to 2 items then move to the rate of $10 for postage.

Q. What is your turn around time?
A. Blocks are generally ready for postage or pick up within 14 business days. During sales and holiday periods (eg: Christmas), production can take at least 21 business days. Please contact me prior to ordering if you require a specific date.

Q. Can you do Mickey Mouse or other Disney blocks?
A. NO, I can’t. Due to licencing, I cannot make anything that is Disney, Marvel, DC etc.

Q. What is the delivery time frame?
A. Delivery is made via Australia Post. Please allow roughly 2-10 days across Australia. Postage delays are out of my control. Australia Post are heavily delayed at the moment. Please allow extra time for your parcel to arrive.
