Pickup, shipping & returns
FREE LOCAL PICKUP
Free local pickup is available upon selecting the PICKUP option during check out.
When blocks are ready, you will receive an email to arrange a time to pick up your order.
Out of respect, please collect orders within 2 weeks of receiving the email (Unless a different time frame has been organised)
Address will be given once a time and date has been arranged.
Pickup is from Morwell, Vic 3840.
PLEASE ONLY SELECT IF LOCAL AND INTEND TO COLLECT FROM MOWELL IN VICTORIA.
Deliveries are made using Australia Post.
Postage is priced at a flat rate of $9.00.
Free postage available on orders over $90 (Australia only)
Please be mindful, due to the custom nature of the products you are ordering, there is a 14 business days turn around time PLUS roughly a week for postage. During sales and holiday periods, production time can be roughly 21 business days. Please always allow extra time as shipping times and ETA's are out of my control.
If you require your order before a certain date, please contact me to ensure your ETA can be met.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
The shipping address for your order is shown in the checkout and on your order confirmation emails.
If paying by PayPal, please ensure the linked address of your account is correct. For our protection, Blocks By Shezzie will use the address linked to your Paypal.
In the event that an incorrect address was entered, address changes can only be made prior to the order being processed. Where possible, Blocks by Shezzie will accommodate address change requests.
Blocks by Shezzie takes no responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address and is not liable for any loss associated.
Blocks by Shezzie takes the upmost care when packaging your blocks.
If by unforeseen circumstances your order arrives damaged during transit, please let us know within 5 business days of receiving your order.
We will make arrangements to replace the damaged items.
We are unable to accept ‘change of mind returns’ as all of our items are handmade to order.
Due to the custom nature of the products, we are not able to restock and resell them.
We do not refund if the incorrect shipping address is given by the customer.
If the item is returned to sender, we will charge the customer again for the initial shipping costs.
